Recently we went to a friends house to help unload some of the cherries off her gigantic tree in her backyard! We were more than happy to assist her in lightening her cherry load!!! We got home with about twenty pounds and I spent two days pitting them, flash freezing them, and finally freezing them for the upcoming fall/winter months.
