At the beginning of the year I had never even heard of this company. Then, I was invited to a "party" and was hooked. These pretty little warmers with scented wax squares that come in literally a hundred different scents. Heaven. Seriously.
I have two different consultants, Kate and Rene...both friends...and so I am an equal opportunity whore. I buy from both.
My first warmer is in my kitchen and I have found that I have to put the strongest of scents in that one because of the size of the room and therefore its inability to scent the room for long periods of time. Right now I have some Spiced Orange Harvest and that thing can be smelled all the way upstairs in the back of my closet!
I have another warmer in my office which really scents that entire portion of my house and then some. In there I have Nutmeg & Orange Zest (who knew, a lover of orange?). My most recent purchase was for the kids bathroom in my selfish attempt to wipe out the fact that I have two males in the house who are unable to aim their, ahem, junk into the LARGE bowl of water, therefore producing lovely scents of their own. In that warmer I have my all-time favorite scent: Vanilla Oak.
Now upstairs gets its own lovely scent.
My house is one big scent of goodness.
I'm hooked. Every week I change out the scents. They also provide a little night-light as well for added enjoyment. Larry wanted one when he left so he could have a nice smelling apartment. Of course, I couldn't give up many of my scents so he left with only two. Hey, I'm a whore, I cannot part with my scents. Surely he could find someone who sells them in Pennsylvania.
The kids are also hooked. They each want a warmer for their rooms. Jennifer circled fifteen she likes and Harrison circled six. Josh is in love with the Black Raspberry Vanilla. I want one for my room too. And maybe the laundry room. Well, and the guest bedroom would be nice too. OK, every room is my goal.
I have so many favorites scents: Thunderstorm (so strong I can smell it outside in my vegetable garden!); Pumpkin Roll; Sugar Cookie; Winter Wonderland; Creamy Nutmeg; Coffee Time; Fried Ice Cream; Tuscan Garden; Falling Leaves; Sugar...
Last weekend Harrison and I found ourselves out and about, just him and I. We discovered a Scentsy open house. We meandered around their displays and entered into a drawing. There was only one other lady in the place. Within five minutes I had won and my prize was another Scentsy bar. Inside I was jumping up and down.
See, whore.
The scents make me happy. Really. So simple and yet so delightful. Whenever I put new scents in (also corresponds each week when I clean this house) I walk around and every room is filled with wonderful aromas, I smile. It makes me genuinely happy and calm.
I might be a Scentsy whore, but I'm a happy whore with a damn good smellin' house.

LOVE the scentsy! Have you tried any of the "generic" ones they have at PC? OMG-they are (dare I say it) even better-and slightly less expensive! I just found their secnt lasted longer, although they don't have the huge variety that scentsy does. We have pear crumble right now-yummy! Sadly, I only have one warmer, in my kitchen. Guess I know what I need for christmas, lol!

I have just experienced Scentsy for the first time! I ordered from a friend (to be nice!) and got my order yesterday. And my house smells so nice. (Pumpkin roll...)
I can't wait to try more scents. :)

I <3 Scentsy, too! I currently have Welcome Home, Cherry Clove Chutney and Sandalwood&Cranberries... I haven't seen a new book to check out the newest scents. At Christmas I put out the Pine Tree scented one since I have a fake tree..
