I finally finished an album project. It has been awhile. I have many (okay, dozens) of small scrapbook albums that are half-started. I go like gangbusters on it for a week or two and then I quickly lose interest and in a box it goes until a week from never when I have full intentions of finishing it.
Friday night I finished up a Christmas project and then was left wondering what to work on. I decided to pull out a project I started sometime last year. Maybe more like 18+ months ago. Pathetic really. This was a really simple album idea. It started when I realized I didn't know what to do with all these oversize photos, both old and relatively new, that just seems to grow dust in a pile somewhere. So, I bought a very large album, 12x15, and dedicated it to a mixture of large photos. Well, and some circles and my favorite star stamp, of course. Originally, I thought this was a simple enough project to finish in a couple of Friday nights. Yeah. Obviously, that didn't happen.
But, it is finished now and sitting on my coffee table in my living room for all to enjoy. I love it and am very happy with the way it turned out.

Wow... A project?! Nice!? I was wondering if you were still doing that!?
You should stop by my blog to see what Blogger Award you have been given!
Oh yes - and Na... seriously... just stop the frickin' Amish madness... toss the bags!!!

Karri, I now have over eight bags of Amish starter. I need saving. LOL. Hopefully I will unload on unexpecting readers tonight! :)
My project is just a little thing I do every year for my mom and it is now finished and I'm thrilled! One more thing off my list and the list is getting smaller and smaller! YEAH!
Thanks Karri for your kind words on your blog...wow! :)
And Circle Lover: Yes, I think the person/people who cut those circles should be given a nice piece of "Pumpkin Pie" for their hard work and diligence in cutting circles with such perfection and patience, despite the craziness of weather reporting at an ungodly hour. However, the "dusting" of ink was not so acceptable. Thirty lashes and time in the corner with the rest of the "crazies". LOL!

You are quite right. There were two people cutting endless circles and "dusting" them the way the witchy, controlling bossy one wanted them done! Of course, you were only cutting the damn circles when the cameras were on you bunch of attention whores!
I say circles with rule the world. (Percentage%).
